In January of 2009, the Kitsap Transit Board chair announced the creation of three board sub-committees; Finance, Personnel and Planning.  The sub-committees are comprised of members of the KT Board, appointed by the KT Board Chair.  The three sub-committees have been meeting at ad hoc intervals since February.
