Pass and Ticket Refund Policy

Kitsap Transit generally does not offer refunds on cash or pre-paid fares.  Occasionally, Kitsap Transit customers find it necessary to return passes and/or tickets due to circumstances beyond their control.  Such circumstances include reductions in force, change in geographic location, shift changes, etc.   If such an occurrence should transpire, Kitsap Transit may be able to offer a refund on a case by case basis.  You will need to have your receipt and pass, in good condition, and return it on or prior to the 5th day of the month to the office of original purchase.
