Effective October 1,
2007 all van driver applicants will be required to provide their own
driving record.
Before you can be scheduled for a Vanpool Driver Orientation, you will need to obtain a copy of your "Complete Driving Record" from the Department of Licensing (DOL). This report must be a complete record and will say ABSTRACT OF COMPLETE DRIVING RECORD at the top of the report. Any other type of record will not be accepted. You will need to visit your local DOL to make the request. You will be charged $10.00. Once you obtain your "Complete Driving Record", fax or mail it to Kitsap Transit. If you are eligible (see link below for eligibility) to attend a van driver orientation then you will be reimbursed the cost of the driving record. To obtain a copy of

The Driver Application and the Vanpool Agreement can be saved to your computer, filled out, and e-mailed to a Vanpool Coordinator. Your personal e-mail address is considered a valid signature. |
