Van Driver Application Packet |  |

Effective October 1,
2007 all van driver applicants will be required to provide their own
driving record with their van driver application. If the applicant
is eligible (see link below for eligibility) to attend a van driver
orientation then the applicant will be reimbursed the cost of the
driving record.

The Driver Application and the Vanpool Agreement can be saved to your computer, filled out, and e-mailed to a Vanpool Coordinator. Your personal e-mail address is considered a valid signature. |
