Small Works Roster Application
Kitsap Transit is seeking qualified contractors for its Small Works Roster who are interested in bidding on construction, alteration, repair, improvement, and building services work for Kitsap Transit facilities for projects up to $300,000.
In accordance with RCW 39.04.155 and as authorized by Kitsap Transit’s Board of Commissioners, Kitsap Transit accepts applications from qualified contractors who have requested to be on work lists and are properly licensed or registered to perform such work in the State of Washington. Contractors must meet Kitsap Transit’s minimum qualifications. All work is subject to prevailing wages in the State of Washington and/or Davis-Bacon Wages (federal).
Applications are accepted at any time. If you are currently a pre-qualified small works roster contractor you will be notified by email when new contracts are available. To be considered for the roster, Contractors shall complete Kitsap Transit’s Enrollment Application.

Architect and Engineer (A/E) Roster
Kitsap Transit maintains an annually updated prequalified A/E roster of licensed architects and engineers for the selection of professional firms to perform local, state and federally funded work. A request for qualifications (RFQ) is advertised once a year.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program
A procurement program and goal for federally funded contracts. Please read the program for details and information about qualifying as a DBE contractor.

It is the policy of Kitsap Transit to assure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be discriminated against under any of its federally funded programs and activities. Any person who believes his or her Title VI protection has been violated may file a complaint with Kitsap Transit’s Human Resources department.
