ACCESS Trip Request

Once you are approved to ride Kitsap Transit ACCESS you must call at least one day, or up to seven days, ahead to schedule your ride. When you call to schedule your ride, be sure to give the reservationist the address of your destination, phone number (if requested) and the time you want to ride.

ACCESS service is available within a 3/4 mile boundary around each fixed bus route. Limited transportation is available in the outlying areas. For more information, please call our reservation line at (360) 479-7272 or 1-800-422-2877. Reservation lines are open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, seven days a week. Depending on call volume, you may have to wait to speak to a representative. 

After passengers are approved to ride ACCESS, they can also schedule their ride online. First, you must set up an online account using the link below before you can book an online reservation. Online requests must be made at least one day in advance or up to seven days before the requested ride.
